With over 23 years of experience in the contact center industry, Michael brings deep expertise and a practical, hands-on perspective to every engagement. He began his career as a contact center agent while still in school, where his passion for customer experience and operational efficiency first took shape.
Quickly rising through the ranks, taking on leadership roles across a wide range of industries, including retail (online and television), wireless customer support, hospitality, and insurance. These diverse experiences shaped his strategic approach to improving performance, elevating customer experiences, and driving measurable business results.
He later transitioned into the technology side of the industry, working with leading contact center software providers. There, he built a strong reputation as a Workforce Optimization (WFO) design specialist and held roles including Sales Engineer, Senior Sales Engineer, and District Sales Manager. In these positions, Michael combined technical expertise with business insight—helping organizations translate complex solutions into impactful, real-world outcomes that improve efficiency and profitability.
Michael has a strong pulse on industry trends, consistently embracing emerging technologies and innovative strategies to help organizations evolve. His ability to connect operational improvements with broader business success has made him a trusted advisor to companies navigating transformation and growth.

Outside of work, Michael is based in Orlando and enjoys staying active outdoors through hiking, biking, and other activities. He has a passion for travel and enjoys exploring new places and cultures. An animal lover at heart, he also dedicates his time to volunteering alongside the Flowstone team.
