Dave Ballesteros

Dave has spent over 30 years in the high-tech industry, working for such leading companies as NEC, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco Systems and NICE. He was early in the Artificial Intelligence space as he joined Cogito in 2018 and went on to become the Head of Partnerships and Alliances for Sitel Group (now Foundever), one of the largest global Business Process Outsource (BPO) organizations. 

 

Dave has been a Trusted Advisor to many of the world’s leading brands and now puts his full-time focus into helping organizations of all sizes to identify opportunities where technology can be transformative, through his own consulting agency, Flowstone.  Specifically, he guides companies through the process of evaluating, selecting and deploying solutions that will help them remain competitive yet provide superior Customer Experience.

 

In addition to his busy work life, Dave is also actively involved in his community of Deland, Florida and works closely with those in the city, as well as, his Alma Mater, Stetson University. He is a founding board member of a non-profit organization based in Orlando, Florida called Making The Difference Outreach which helps local charities through fund raising and volunteerism and he also sits on the board of Lighthouse Works, which employs a high percentage of people with visual impairment.

 

Regardless of what activity he is involved in, Dave relies on his ability to build solid relationships and is always looking to help connect people together for mutually beneficial gains. His network is vast and spans across many areas of the business world, sports and institutions of higher education.

 

On a personal note, Dave is a musician, remains competitive in golf, enjoys spending time with his family andparticipating in events. His wife Toni is a Nurse Practitioner, his daughter Payton is a graduate of Stetson University and is aspiring to become a doctor and his son Xander graduated from Elon University with a degree in Music Technology and Production and a minor in business.
